Jessica Jones Has Been Renewed For Season 3
It’s time to celebrate with some whiskey! Jessica Jones is getting a third season!
Fresh off of Season 2, which has been getting positive reviews from critics. We are even reviewing it here on the blog so make sure to check those out here. So far, we are really digging Season 2 and are almost done reviewing it so make sure to stick around for those when they are released.
The renewal keeps the show on Netflix as Disney prepares to launch a rival streaming service of its own. Disney last year pulled all of its Marvel feature films from Netflix for its planned streaming service, which will also include an untitled Marvel original TV series.

Season 3 will pick up where the last season left off and will see Jesse, Tulip and Cassidy going back to the one place Jesse thought he would never set foot on again, Angelville. The Louisiana Plantation where Jesse was raised after his father was killed. With the help of his friends (and a few enemies), Jesse will need to escape his past because the fate of the world depends on it.
Along with the announcement came a batch of new photos from Season 3, which you can view down below:
Based on the popular cult comic book, Preacher follows West Texas preacher Jesse Custer (Dominic Cooper), his badass ex-girlfriend Tulip (Ruth Negga), and an Irish vampire named Cassidy (Joseph Gilgun) as they embark on a road trip to find God and are thrust into a twisted battle spanning Heaven, Hell and everywhere in between.
Preacher Season 3 will premiere on June 24th at 10 pm, only on AMC.
Filming Begins for Daredevil Season 3
Filming is underway for Daredevil Season 3.
Earlier this year, a report indicated that filming was set to start on October 15 and finish June 30, but thanks to public notice signs that were shared on Twitter, we know that filming is now up and running on the streets of New York.

The sign indicates that the project title is “Ringside S3” which, as Daredevil fans will remember, was the working title for the shows second season.
Rumour has it that Daredevil Season 3 will premiere on Netflix sometime in 2018.
