Take Look at a Clearer Version of Captain Marvel SDCC Art
Ever since the Captain Marvel panel at San Diego Comic Con unveiled concept art for the movie, the artist who made said concept art has been asked time and time again to upload an HD version.
The bad news, artist Andy Park is not allowed to share the image in high resolution.
The good news, Park is a kind soul and he decided to upload a better version of the art, without going full high resolution.
The image features Brie Larson as Carol Danvers a.k.a. Captain Marvel in her full costume.
We are more than contempt, thanks Andy!
I don't mean to ignore all of u requesting the higher res of #CaptainMarvel I painted. Sorry but I can't ☹️When I get green light I def will pic.twitter.com/eAS3ccSEGm

Marvel’s Runaways: Everything You Need to Know About Hulu’s First Marvel Series
Hulu officially entered the comic-book arena when it handed out a formal series order to Marvel’s Runaways, from executive producers Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage.
Based on the comics by Brian K. Vaughan and Adrian Alphona, the live-action Runways tells the coming-of-age story of a disparate group of teenagers who “must unite against a common foe — their parents.” For those unfamiliar with the source material, the parents in question are revealed to be part of a crime organization known as “The Pride,” which hosts an annual “charity” gathering that serves as a meeting place for nefarious time-travelers, wizards, mad scientists, aliens and mutants.
Here’s the official show synopsis:
Every teenager thinks their parents are evil. What if you found out they actually were? Marvel’s Runaways is the story of six diverse teenagers who can barely stand each other but who must unite against a common foe – their parents.
The actors cast as the Runaways include:
Gregg Sulkin as lacrosse star Chase Stein, a brilliant engineer trapped in the body of a dumb (hot) jock;
Rhenzy Feliz as “loud-and-proud nerd” Alex Wilder, who longs to “reunite his childhood group of friends”;
Lyrica Okano as angsty Wiccan Nico Minoru, whose goth style masks an inner loneliness;
Virginia Gardner as Karolina Dean, whose “veneer of privilege and perfection” is challenged by her “newfound eagerness to explore her identity and pursue her own desires”;
Ariela Barer as Gert Yorkes, a “purple-haired, bespectacled, contemporary riot grrrl”;
and Allegra Acosta as Molly Hernandez, “the youngest and most innocent member of her friend group.”
The actors cast as “The Pride” include:
— James Marsters and Ever Carradine: Victor and Janet Stein, parents to Chase. He’s an engineering genius who has lofty expectations for his son — and when they aren’t met, retribution can be fierce; she’s a perfect PTA mom harboring a brilliant mind of her own, and who longs for more from her life.
— Annie Wersching and Kip Pardue: Leslie and Frank Dean, parents to Carolina. She’s a poised and skilled leader whose charisma draws in devoted allies and followers. He’s a former teen star who rode a short-lived movie career and is now teeming with insecurity.
— Kevin Weisman and Brigid Brannagh: Dale and Stacey Yorkes, parents to Gert. He’s a bioengineer whose deep love for his family oftentimes falls short as far as knowing the right things to say to his daughter. Stacey, too, is a bioengineer, and utilizes a more progressive approach to her parenting style.
— Ryan Sands and Angel Parker: Geoffrey and Catherine Wilder, parents to Alex. He’s a hulking presence who can effortlessly shift from approachable father to intimidating strategist; she’s a successful lawyer, deliberate and calculating in both her words and actions.
— Brittany Ishibashi and James Yaegashi: Tina and Robert Minoru, parents to Nico. She’s a perfectionist “tiger mom,” as well as a brilliant innovator and ruthless CEO; he is a gentle and brilliant beta, “the Woz to his wife’s Jobs.”

‘Captain Marvel’ Will Take Place in the 90s
It was already revealed that Samuel L. Jackson was going to be part of the cast for the upcoming Captain Marvel, but now we know that the movie will feature both of Nick Fury’s eyes!
You read that right, but no, he won’t be getting a transplant or anything like that.
It was revealed at Marvel’s panel during SDCC that Marvel’s first female-led superhero movie will be set in the 90s.
We also learned that the Skrulls (a race of aliens shapeshifters, basically) will be the villains of the movie.
Fans at the con got some exclusive looks at concept art for the movie and at Captain Marvel’s costume.

Posters for ‘Black Panther’ and ‘Thor: Ragnarok’ Unveiled at Comic Con
Comic-Con preview night saw the unveiling of two new posters for Marvel’s Black Panther and Thor: Ragnarok.
In the Black Panther poster, we can see some kind of upgrade to T’Challa’s suit. Maybe Wakandan magic? Hm?
Whereas in the Thor: Ragnarok poster, we take a look at the magnificent Hella standing over two scared-looking Thor and Loki.
‘Avengers: Infinity War’ Trailer Description Released
A trailer for Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity Wart was shown at last weekend’s D23 Expo, and the bad news is: we probably won’t watch it until Thor: Ragnarok comes out.
However, we do have a detailed description of the teaser courtesy of io9 and Marvel’s Agent M.
Check them out:
The text ahead contains spoilers for every MCU movie released to date (including Spider-Man: Homecoming)
We’ll learn more about Thor and the Hulk in Thor: Ragnarok, but the Infinity War trailer opened with the Asgardian being flung against the windshield of the Milano, the ship commanded by Star-Lord (Chris Pratt) from Guardians of the Galaxy. “Get it off!” shouts Rocket (voiced by Bradley Cooper), as though a particularly ugly bug had been smushed there.Mantis (Pom Klementieff) brings Thor back to life, and he promptly greets out Guardians with an unfriendly, “Who the hell are you?” (To be fair, Star-Lord had just told his fellow Guardians, “This might be dangerous, so let’s put on our mean faces.”) It then seems like Thor joins forces with the Guardians to guide them to Earth, where we see the following things go down, in quick succession:Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) seems to cut a flaming car in half. It looks like her beau Vision (Paul Bethany) might be trapped nearby, and to judge from their faces, something sad and bad is going down.“Death follows him like a shadow,” we hear, as Josh Brolin’s ultimate villain Thanos is teased.Suddenly, Tom Hiddleston’s Loki appears, cutting through flaming wreckage to grab the Tesseract, which holds one of the Infinity Stones. Is this what Scarlet Witch and Vision were trying to prevent?Next, there’s a glimpse of Tom Holland’s Peter Parker on his school bus. The hair on his arms stands up. How’s that for some trouble-activated spider-sense?“He’s come to us,” someone says, as some alien ships crash land on a wrecked Earth. A worried Mantis stands with Iron Man, Thor, Doctor Strange, the Hulk, and the other heroes as the aircrafts approach.“This does put a smile on my face,” intones Thanos, as Gamora (Zoe Saldana) takes in the wreckage of the room kept by the Collector (Benicio del Toro). More Infinity Stones pillaged.And that’s when Thanos walks through a portal onto Earth — big and hulking and boasting a shit-eating grin. Star-Lord and Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) leap into action, harnessing magic and airborne stepping stones. Even Spider-Man swings into action, wearing a cool new suit … perhaps the one teased at the end of Spider-Man: Homecoming?Briefly, we see Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), who’s blond now, and Captain America, who’s bearded. Listen, I know the fate of the universe is at stake, but don’t we all feel a little refreshed after spending valuable time on an undercover makeover? Talk to Wonder Woman about that, she knows what’s up.In the final moments, things get truly heightened. Thanos grabs Thor’s head in his meaty paw and regards it like a grape he’s about to smush. Maybe he saw that scary black-and-white episode of Twin Peaks and wants to practice storming radio stations and breaking open heads?“You can run from it,” growls Thanos, “but your destiny still arrives.” And then he holds up one hand and seemingly destroys a planet far away in the sky — or, if this scene is taking place on Earth, our freaking moon — and heaves the remains of it at our Avengers in a single shot.
