Get Your First Look at Robin, Hawk & Dove for the Upcoming Titans Series
If there’s one thing that seems to be going well with the DC universe over at Warner Bros., that’s Titans.
As you may recall, we’ve reported on many casting news for the upcoming show before, including Anna Diop’s and Brenton Thwaites’ casting. Overall, fans have been very supportive and showing lots of excitement over this show.
Now, the good reactions continue as we now have new looks not only at Brenton Thwaites’ Robin but also Alan Ritchson and Minka Kelly as Hawk & Dove.
These amazing and accurate costumes come from designer Laura Jean Shannon, whose past credits include Marvel’s Iron Man and the upcoming CW series Black Lightning.
Thwaites also went ahead and published a picture of him in costume to his Instagram account:

Ryan Potter Will Play Beast Boy in Titans Series
The cast of upcoming DC series Titans is coming together very nicely.
Ryan Potter has landed the role of Garfield “Gar” Logan a.k.a. Beast Boy. Potter is known for voicing Hiro Hamada, the lead boy in Disney/Marvel’s Big Hero Six (we love it when these things happen).
Here’s the official description of the character:
Gar contracted a lethal disease on an African safari with his geneticist parents, only to experience some “bizarre side effects” after being treated with an experimental drug. In addition to his hair and skin turning completely green, Gar — described as both “wisecracking” and “fun-loving” — can also transform into animals of any size.
Potter will be joining Teagan Croft (Raven), Ana Diop (Starfire), Brenton Thwaites (Robin/Nightwing), Alan Ritchson (Hawk), Minka Kelly (Dove) and Lindsey Gort (Detective Amy Rohrbach).
Alan Ritchson Joins Cast of Titans as Hawk
Alan Ritchon is the latest addition to the cast of DC’s Titans, Deadline reported on Thursday.
The Smallville and Blood Drive actor joins the show as Hank Hall a.k.a. Hawk and is set to recur. Ritchson could become a regular during season 2 and producers could already be in talks for a potential Hawk and Dove spin-off.
During his first appearances in comics, Hawk is a superhero who teams up with his brother Don, who’s supposed to represent order, while Hawk represented chaos. He has heat vision, superhuman strength, speed, reflexes and invulnerability.
Ritchson joins Anna Diop (Starfire), Teagan Croft (Raven), and Brenton Thwaites (Dick Grayson).

Brenton Thwaites Joins Cast of DC’s Titans as Dick Grayson
Brenton Thwaites has been the latest addition to the upcoming Titans series that will kick off the yet unnamed DC streaming service.
Thwaites, who played Henry Turner in Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales and Prince Phillips in Maleficent has joined the cast as Dick Grayson a.k.a. Nightwing.
Nightwing is a skilled acrobat, aerialist and martial artist equipped with high-tech gear and weapons. In the comics, he has a romance with Starfire (who will be played by Anna Diop).
Thwaites joins Diop and Australian actress Teagan Croft, who’ll play Raven.

Koriand’r a.k.a. Starfire has the power to absorb ultraviolet radiation, which is then converted to pure energy and gives her the ability to fly at supersonic speeds and release powerful blasts as well as superhuman strength and durability. She seeks asylum on earth and eventually finds her way into the Titans group.
