The Flash and Arrow Will Take A Break in February
Two CW shows will be taking a break in February.
The same week Supergirl begins a hiatus to make way for the return of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, The Flash and Arrow will be taking a week off mid-February.
There’s no word yet on when the shows will return, but it’s likely they will return the next week or after a short hiatus. Breaks of one to three weeks are common for each of the three shows, either to accommodate scheduling on The CW or to get ahead on post-production.
Arrow and The Flash will both air re-runs during the break. Supergirl will return on April 16 and run through June.

Deadpool 2 Trailer Coming Very Soon
While our first look at Deadpool 2 was the epitome of a teaser, fans can look forward to seeing more of Wade Wilson in a trailer coming very soon.
The trailer is set to air before the screenings of Black Panther which comes out February 16. However, not only will it be attached to Black Panther, but it will also be released on a rather important date to Deadpool.
As many will remember, Deadpool opened February 14, 2016. With that in mind, 20th Century Fox is planning to release the trailer online on Valentine’s Day, coinciding with the two-year anniversary of Deadpool‘s opening weekend in 2016.
The film follows a few months after the trailer, hitting theatres May 18.

Petition Started To Renew Marvel’s Inhumans
ABC hasn’t made an official cancellation of Marvel’s Inhumans, however the show’s future isn’t looking too promising. But for a handful of Marvel fans, they believe the show deserves a second season.
Marvel fans have launched a petition on Change.org, calling for ABC to renew the show. It’s no doubt inspired by other superhero-related petitions, such as the call for the Zack Snyder cut of Justice League.
The petition writer accepts that Inhumans has problems, but in their view they were more to do with execution. The show was fast-tracked, with the first two episodes shot in just 20 days. What’s more, it was clear Marvel and ABC hadn’t given the series a particularly notable budget for special effects. As the result, even the series’s defenders admit it “lacked the feel of a MCU level show.”
Will they be successful? What do you think?

Director Found For Disney’s Sword in the Stone Remake
It’s been awhile since we’ve heard anything about Disney’s live-action remake of the Sword in The Stone, but it’s back in the news indicating a strong move forward.
Disney is very close to locking in a director, specifically Juan Carlos Fresnadillo, director of the zombie thriller 28 Weeks Later.
Disney’s original Sword in the Stone was released in 1963 and followed Arthur as a boy who becomes a pupil to Merlin and is taken on unusual adventures thanks to Merlin’s magic.
It was July of 2015 when it was first announced that Game of Thrones writer Bryan Cogman was working on a script, but we’ve heard essentially nothing since then, leading us to wonder whether or not this project was still an active concern.
Disney’s current live-action remake slate consists of the Winnie the Pooh movie with Ewan McGregor, Christopher Robin, set for later this year, with Dumbo, Aladdin, and The Lion King all set for 2019.
