First Look at Thanos’ Black Order Revealed at D23
We now know what Thanos’ henchmen will look like!
The Black Order is a group of villains raised and trained by Thanos (Gamora style) to do his dirty work for him.
Take a look at the gang:
The group revealed consists of:
Corvus Glaive: general of the Black Order. He has enhanced strength, speed and durability who uses a bladed pike that can cut through anything and makes him immortal when he holds it.
Ebony Maw: a genius telepath who uses a teleportation device and can control other people’s mind.
Proxima Midnight: Corvus’ wife. She’s an expert on hand-to-hand combat and super strength. Her lance transforms into unavoidable toxic light beams.
Black Dwarf: member of the Black Order who possesses super strength and impenetrable skin.
Does this mean that Gamora and Nebula will encounter some old friends?!
We also got a look at Thanos’ Infinity Gauntlet:
Marvel has yet to cast the voices of the members of the Black Order.
Avengers: Infinity War wrapped filming on Friday and now the cast is heading to start production on the untitled Avengers 4.

The movie will hit theatres on May 4, 2018.

‘Cloak and Dagger’ Trailer Teases a Change in the Origin Story
Marvel’s Cloak and Dagger dropped its first trailer, and we’re here to fill you in and break it down!
Cloak and Dagger are a superhero duo appearing in the comic of the same name published by Marvel Comics.
Cloak a.k.a. Tyrone Johnson (played by Aubrey Joseph) has the ability to open a door to the dark dimension and send people into it, including him, which let’s Cloak teleport himself and others. The character has a hunger for light, which can be alleviated by either consuming the light of victims sent into the dark dimension or light produced by Dagger.
Dagger a.k.a. Tandy Bowen (played by Olivia Holt) has the ability to create “light daggers” that travel wherever she wishes. Her daggers can also cure certain people of drug addiction and drain living beings of vitality.
The TV show will follow Tyrone and Tandy, two teenagers from very different backgrounds who acquire superpowers while getting involved in a romantic relationship. Tyrone and Tandy’s powers work better when they’re together.
Here’s the trailer:
[embedyt] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E5hrFVQiGyk[/embedyt]
From what we have so far, the biggest change we’ve noticed is the origin story,
Cloak and Dagger originally got their powers after they were experimented on (Deadpool style) by a criminal chemist who was developing a new synthetic heroin. The duo were the only ones to survived and managed to escape the facility.
In the trailer, however, it seems like they get the powers from some sort of car/water accident where Tyrone helps Tandy escape, to then have them not see each other again until they’re teenagers.
In the description showed above, and based off the trailer, it seems like the powers of Cloak and Dagger will be stronger when they’re together. This would be another change from the comics.
We could also find an interesting easter egg in this trailer: Roxxon Corp (a Hydra-like oil corporation that is very prominent in the comics).
Bonus points for having an awesome shot and a clever easter egg in one frame.
The upcoming Freeform series is set to air in 2018.

Another image for Netflix’s The Defenders has been released.
The poster features our “gang of four:” Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage (looking like he’s about to hurt someone pretty badly), and Iron Fist.
The image looks like it will be used as a promotional banner for an interview of sorts due to the text on it: “Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist have united to form street-level supergroup The Defenders, the four stars brief us on what to expect.”
Here it is:

The Defenders and all the other Marvel/Netflix shows are part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The show will be set one month after events of Iron Fist. These four vigilantes will have to leave their differences aside to fight one common enemy: The Hand.
The Defenders will not be the only ones coming back, as Stick (Murdock’s mentor, played by Scott Glenn), Claire Temple (Cage’s lover and former nurse who gives medical aid to vigilantes, played by Rosario Dawson), Misty Knight (a police detective, played by Simone Missick), Trish Walker (Jones’ adoptive sister and best friend, played by Rachel Taylor), Karen Page (Murdock’s former secretary and reporter, played by Deborah Ann Woll), Foggy Nelson (Murdock’s close friend, played by Elden Henson) and Colleen Wing (Rand’s lover and former member of The Hand, played by Jessica Henwick) are all set to come back and reprise their previous roles in the series.

Her character is described as the head of an ancient organization who’s “really smart” and “very in charge.” Her character has also been described as “a very powerful force in New York City. She’s everything Sigourney is: sophisticated, intellectual, dangerous.”
However, we don’t know if she’ll be our main villain, especially since we have The Hand and Elektra (Élodie Yung) coming back as villains as well.

The Marvel’s Inhumans Trailer is Here, We’ll Let You be the Judge
Fans have been wondering if an ABC budget would be enough to support the special effects and amazing visuals that the Inhumans are supposed to have.
Well, now we have our first look and official trailer for the TV series, and it looks a little off.
First look:
In this first official poster, we get our first look into our main characters:
In the middle, Black Bolt (Anson Mount), king of the Inhumans. While he’s missing his head piece from the comics, his costume looks very accurate overall. Black Bolt’s greatest superpower is his voice. If he speaks, he could destroy a city with his voice, and he can’t control it, which makes him pretty much a mute character.
To his right, we can see Medusa (Serinda Swan), Black Bolt’s partner, and while they got the outfit right, Medusa is supposed to have huge moving hair that makes her deadly. In this image, her hair looks rather calm and perfectly combed.
To Black Bolt’s left, we have Karnak (Ken Leung), who’s a master strategist and a genius who can detect weak points to destroy his oponents. Now, Karnak is supposed to have a super brain, but the face tattoos are a very close appoximation.
Besides Karnak, we also have Gorgon (Eme Ikwulakor), the military leader for the Ihumans. Gorgon has hooves and a superhuman strenght.
Next is Medusa’s sister, Crystal (Isabelle Cornish) who’s standing to her right. Her power set is she can manipulate the four elements with her mind. Now, her costume looks a little off, but the hair is the most accurate, with the black stripes.
Last, but not least, we have Maximus (Iwan Rheon from Game of Thrones). He’s Black Bolt’s evil brother, who’s always plotting to overthrow him. He’s a super genius and a telepath. He can control, numb and erase someone’s mind.
