Sorry, Game of Thrones Fans, but Those Spinoffs Won’t Air Anytime Soon
HBO chief Casey Bloys has confirmed that the Game of Thrones spinoffs currently in development will not hit the network anytime close to the series finale.
Bloys spoke to the press on Wednesday at the Television Critics Association’s summer press tour.
He told reporters:
The No. 1 priority in all of this is the final season of Game of Thrones. I don’t want to do anything with a spinoff or anything that detracts or distracts from that.
That season will happen, and my guess is it would be at least a year before you saw anything else. What I don’t want is the attention to be drawn from the final season, which I think is going to be epic and amazing, and somehow have the distraction of a new Game of Thrones airing right after that. It’s best to separate it and that’s what we’ll do.
If season 8 of the highly acclaimed show does indeed come out in 2019, that would mean we won’t get a spinoff until at least 2020!
For now, at least we can just relax as we watch our favorite characters die while watching the current season.
You Can’t Miss the New Trailer for It!
Doesn’t he just look so creepy?
The first trailer for the film adaptation of Stephen King’s It is now among the most viewed in the first 24 hours.
Can this new trailer live up to that hype? We think so.
Also, we didn’t expect the “you’ll float too” quote to be taken so literally.
Check out the trailer, and try not to get too scared.

Once Upon a Time Season 7, Episode 3 Cryptic Title Revealed
Adam Horowitz has taken to Twitter once again to announce a Once Upon a Time season 7 title, this time we have episode 3.
Here's another #OnceUponATime #titlespoiler — hope to see ya 10/6 for season 7! pic.twitter.com/c6o9pXZw1i
— Adam Horowitz (@AdamHorowitzLA) July 25, 2017
The episode will be called “The Garden of Forking Paths.”
Huh?!
In the past, the episode titles in the show usually drop hints about what the episode will be about, and this is certainly no exception.
Fans have already speculated that the title refers to Cinderella’s decision in the garden to either stay home or go to the ball, therefore is just a way of saying the episode is going to revolve around Cinderella.
“The Garden of Forking Paths” is actually the title of a short story by Argentinian author Jorge Luis Borges about a Chinese spy for the German Empire during WWI.
In the story, Borges says that the “Garden of Forking Paths” is the name of a Chinese novel, which would represent Time.
Have you come up with any theories?
Once Upon A Time returns Friday, October 6 on ABC.

‘Wonder Woman 2’ Gets a Release Date
Late last night, the sequel for the incredibly successful Wonder Woman finally got a release date.
Warner Bros. decided to move the movie from its lucrative June release date and decided that Wonder Woman 2 will hit theatres December 13, 2019!
Now, why did WB decide not to give this announcement (that everyone was waiting for) during SDCC? It might be due to the fact that no one but Gat Gadot is officially confirmed yet.
It seems like a deal with WW director Patty Jenkins is still developing and that made Warner Bros. decide to just book that release date. Chris Pine is not confirmed to return either.
Wonder Woman 2 would be competing for that box office money against Frozen 2, which comes out during Thanksgiving 2019. Disney also has two other dates booked for live-action fairytales around the same time (November 8 and December 20). In addition, Wicked is set to come out December 20 as well.
